Ryan Seacrest got heads turning after posting a shirtless thirst trap to his Instagram on Saturday.
“This is what a day off looks like from start to finish,” Seacrest wrote, posing with an ElliptiGO elliptical bike in the morning and evening.
Diplo, Gleb Savchenko, Jay Manuel, and some of Seacrest’s other famous friends hyped the TV host up in the comments, with Diplo commenting, “Ryan relax!!!”
Summer isn’t over — and Ryan Seacrest just made it even hotter.
The Wheel of Fortune host burned up his Instagram page on Saturday by sharing a sizzling shirtless picture that showed him posing with an ElliptiGO elliptical bike in an arid locale under the bright sun. In a video also shared in the carousel, Seacrest was still out in the desert with the bike, this time staring up at the moon.
“This is what a day off looks like from start to finish. Go dawgs,” he wrote in the caption, shouting out the Georgia Bulldogs football team, which defeated the Vanderbilt Commodores during a Saturday game.
Seacrest, 51, isn’t known to show off his physique on his own social media accounts. The surprise selfie therefore generated a breathless response from his 6.2 million followers — many of them friends Seacrest has made over his 30-odd years in the entertainment industry.
“Ryan relax!!!” wrote Thomas Wesley Pentz, better known as the DJ and electronic musician Diplo. Dancing With the Stars pro Gleb Savchenko commented, “Let’s gooo!!! Shredded 🔥🔥🔥🔥.”

And there were even more stunned and supportive comments. America’s Next Top Model alum Jay Manuel simply commented three flexing muscle emojis, while actor Colin Ford joked, “Ok Seacrest, save some for the rest of us.”

Lately, Seacrest has been giving fans an inside view of his fitness journey.
Last August, the former American Idol host posted a set of videos and photos of himself lifting dumbbells while half submerged in tropical waters. “My summer resistance training — the sea resists me and it’s winning. Thanks to my coach [Dodd Romero] for your creativity and commitment!” he wrote.
Back in 2019, Seacrest told Men’s Health that he works out 4-5 days per week. “I want to look stronger and larger than a thirteen-year-old kid,” he joked. “They say television added pounds to you. Sure. I wish it added height.”
