Rebecca Gayheart is celebrating her daughter Georgia's middle school graduation, just three months after the death of her late husband, Eric Dane.
On Saturday, June 6, the Beverly Hills, 90210 alum, 54, shared a post on Instagram in celebration of 14-year-old Georgia finishing her time in middle school.
"Congratulations Georgia!" the proud mom wrote alongside a photo of her daughter accepting a sunflower as she walked across the stage in a pink dress and black sweater.
"You have graduated middle school and survived an incredibly difficult year," Gayheart continued. "I am so beyond proud of you — your tenacity, grit and grace has been on full display. Welcome to high school — I have no doubt you're ready."
Gayheart also praised her daughter for winning an MVP trophy for beach volleyball, before finishing the post: "Bravo, congratulations and I love you so much ♥️."
A number of Gayheart and Dane's celebrity friends offered Georgia their well-wishes in the comments of the post, including Grey's Anatomy star Ellen Pompeo, who wrote: "Congratulations Georgia! Well done.. your mama's words are perfect!"
"Your girls are so gorgeous," said Alyssa Milano. "Like their mama."
"Congratulations Georgia! ❤️❤️❤️❤️," The Craft alum Robin Tunney wrote.
Dane — with whom Gayheart welcomed Georgia and elder daughter Billie, 16 — revealed that he had been diagnosed with ALS in a statement to PEOPLE in April 2025.

"I am grateful to have my loving family by my side as we navigate this next chapter," he said at the time.
The Euphoria star died on Feb. 19, with his family telling PEOPLE in a statement that he spent his "final days surrounded by dear friends, his devoted wife, and his two beautiful daughters, Billie and Georgia, who were the center of his world."

In March, Gayheart shared a tribute to the late actor on Instagram, writing that she had "no words" after his death.
"There are no words. All our love forever — your girls ❤️🩹❤️," she wrote in the caption, referring to herself and their two daughters.
In the post, she shared a montage of photos from over the years, including several couple shots of herself and Dane, lots of baby photos of their daughters and several never-before-seen family pictures.

Gayheart also told Variety in a March 11 interview that she and her daughters had been receiving so much support since the actor's death, and she was "having trouble" processing it all.
She and Dane, who wed in 2003, separated in 2018, but Gayheart dismissed her divorce petition in March 2025 and remained a key caregiver for the actor amid his ALS journey.
"I just want to thank everybody for being so kind to us during the last couple of years. It's been challenging and meaningful, and people are kind," Gayheart told Variety. "They've been holding me and the girls up the last two weeks, and I don't think they're going anywhere. I think they're in it for the long haul. Hollywood gets a bad rap. That kind of makes me mad, because we have a lovely community of people, and I'm so grateful for them."
