Prince Harry and Prince William may currently be living in the same country, but the royal siblings appear to remain estranged, with no contact between them.
The relationship between the Prince of Wales and Duke of Sussex is believed to have been tense since before Harry's lavish Windsor wedding ceremony to Meghan Markle in 2018.
Following the Duke's departure from senior royal duties and his relocation to Montecito in California with his wife in 2020, the brothers are widely thought to have stopped all contact.

Despite Harry and Meghan's return to the UK with their two children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, in August, there have been no signs that the brothers have mended their relationship, with the two believed to remain separated.
After Harry and Meghan's shocking announcement in 2020, the couple committed to becoming financially independent. They produced their own Netflix series, Finding Freedom, which examined their journey as working royals.

The duo also took part in multiple prominent interviews, including with Oprah Winfrey, where they made various claims about their period within the royal family. Harry later published his memoir, Spare.
However, the family has now returned to the UK, settling in a non-royal residence outside London. Archie and Lilibet are now attending their second British school, following concerns raised by Meghan and Harry's security team about the journey to their initial selection.
The couple seems to be adapting smoothly to life back in Britain, with Meghan sharing a charming video highlighting the family's pursuits on Instagram. The clip showed the family-of-four taking walks through wooded areas, Meghan jumping into puddles, Lilibet riding a bicycle while Archie ran alongside, and Harry fishing at a pond with his children.

The Duke of Sussex also took part in the WellChild Awards, a charity close to his heart and an event he consistently supported each year while living in America. Harry gave a moving address during the ceremony.

In a separate development, Meghan met with Ellen DeGeneres, another American expatriate now based in the UK, at a quintessentially British countryside pub.
While Harry is believed to have mended his relationship with his father, King Charles, through several visits back to the UK, the dynamic with his older brother appears quite different.
William and Catherine are said to be intent on avoiding any "drama" associated with the Sussex family's return. This represents a stark contrast to the early days of Harry's relationship with Meghan, when the two couples were dubbed the Fab Four.
However, friction among the foursome was already surfacing as far back as 2018. In the biography William and Catherine: The Intimate Inside Story, Mirror royal editor Russell Myers discloses how the Duke of Sussex was "incredulous" when his appeal for royal security for Meghan prior to their 2018 nuptials was denied.
He allegedly felt there was "one rule for him and another for me" after it emerged that the now Princess of Wales had been given informal palace counsel when beginning her romance with William and was furnished with continuous security protection immediately upon their engagement.
Harry desperately pushed for arrangements to protect his then-fiancée after she fell victim to social media attacks, and was furious when informed that any security would only commence after their wedding.
His father, Charles, insisted he was powerless to step in as it represented a government issue, despite the assistance previously afforded to Kate.
Even the Princess of Wales, traditionally regarded as the mediator between William and Harry, appeared less eager than her husband about persuading her brother and sister-in-law to reverse their choice to step back, Myers documents. Kate reportedly viewed the decision as "inevitable" while William was "saddened" by the events.
