Melissa Joan Hart’s Son Brady, 18, Towers Over Her in Sweet Homecoming Photos

Melissa Joan Hart and her husband Mark Wilkerson are the parents of three sons, Mason, Brady, and Tucker.

On October 4, the actress posted a photo to Instagram of her son Brady’s “last homecoming”—and the 18-year-old towers over his mom in the shot.

The Clarissa Explains It All actress even wears a T-shirt with her son’s baby photo as she sends him off to the dance.

Melissa Joan Hart is a proud mom of three boys, including 18-year-old Braydon—who goes by Brady—who towers over her in a new photo released by the actress.

On October 4, the Clarissa Explains It All star posted a photo of herself with her middle child, Brady, standing in front of a fountain as he prepared to head to homecoming. Brady looked dapper in a black suit with a pink bow tie and a boutonniere, while Hart looked fresh-faced as she stood beside him wearing a T-shirt with a photo of a young Brady on it. The shirt also had the words “Look Who’s a Senior” around the photo.

“His last homecoming!” the actress wrote alongside the photo. “I had to sneak the shirt in and show up for pictures of course!” She signed off with the hashtag #BabyBrady.

In addition to Brady, Hart and her husband Mark Wilkerson share sons Mason, 20, and Tucker, 14. Though the couple has opted to raise their sons outside of Hollywood in Nashville, Tennessee, Brady has appeared alongside his mom in the 2014 Lifetime movie The Santa Con, when he was just 6 years old (per Hello!).

“While Melissa loves acting, she shared that Brady sees acting as a way to fund his obsession with sneakers,” the outlet reported.

Brady is also a sports aficionado, playing high school football and being cheered on by the Sabrina the Teenage Witch star. For her son’s 16th birthday in 2024, Hart wrote of Brady, “You are the coolest kid I’ve ever met. You have the rare ability to not care what anyone thinks about you and yet care about everyone at the same time!”

“The day you were born, and the moment we introduced you to your brother will forever live in my heart as my very favorite memory!” she added.

In April 2022, the actress told People that her sons were “getting huge,” she said. “My oldest is driving, and it’s really upsetting.”

Hart has opened up over the years about tailoring her parenting approach to fit each of her children, saying (per People), “I feel like with Mason, I gave him so much attention. Everything was about making sure that he knew his colors, his numbers, his this-and-that. Brady got a little left behind. We expected him to be the same as Mason, and he’s not the same as Mason.”

“He’s very different, personality-wise, and he’s reward-driven,” she added. “And so we really have to change our focus with him, and it’s been a challenge.”

Tucker, she continued, “is very independent, very stubborn, so we have to go back to the way we were with Mason with him. It’s a delicate balance, and there’s not enough hours in the day to pay attention to all of them in the way they need.”

Hart previously expressed a desire to “have a fourth” child, but added, “right now, with those three…As my husband says, ‘We’re at capacity.’”
