Jimmy Kimmel reviewed Trump's Easter weekend activities, which included threatening Iran and telling children about Joe Biden's autopen.
"I have to believe that this would rank among, if not at the top of the most preposterous moments in White House Easter Egg Roll history," Kimmel said of Trump's Easter Egg Roll address.
Trump also addressed the ongoing war with Iran that began in late February.
Jimmy Kimmel is recapping Donald Trump's egg-citing Easter weekend.
While looking back at the past week's major news events during Monday's episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live, the late-night host brought up Trump's "unhinged" Easter weekend activities, which included an expletive-laced post on Truth Social and participating in the White House Easter Egg Roll. "Yesterday on Easter Sunday, of all the days, we woke up to this," Kimmel began, referring to the social media post.
"Open the F---IN' [Strait of Hormuz], you crazy bastards, or you'll be living in Hell," Kimmel read in part of Trump's threat. "I believe that's a letter from Paul to the Corinthians."
"We've heard the word unhinged a lot this weekend, probably more than any weekend ever. But I just want you to imagine, let me set the scene, okay? You're finishing your Easter brunch, cleaning up. The kids are running out to the yard to find jelly beans," Kimmel continued.
"And suddenly your 79-year-old grandpa stands up and he yells, 'Open the straight, you crazy bastards, or you'll be living in hell. Just watch. Praise be to Allah.' You'd put him in the car and drive him straight to the emergency room, right? I mean, the whole family will be crying."

Kimmel then spoke about Trump's time at the Easter Egg Roll, during which he gave a long-winded address alongside First Lady Melania Trump and the Easter Bunny. "I have to believe that this would rank among, if not at the top of the most preposterous moments in White House Easter Egg Roll history."
Trump brought up the war in Iran, which started in late February, recalling a briefing he recently received, rambling about how "strong the enemy" is and how "hostile" Iran is. "They are not too strong at all in my opinion," he said, adding, "we are soon going to find out, aren't we."
"Can you imagine the new Ayatollah sitting in his bunker, eating his yogurt and potatoes, watching TV, watching this lunatic, bragging about blowing them up while with no explanation, standing next to a man in a bunny suit," Kimmel posited.

Trump then mentioned how the 40,000 eggs in the Easter Egg Roll are provided "the great egg farmers" and is a "big thing to our great first lady who's here someplace." The First Lady, meanwhile, is standing right next to Trump.
Trump addressed the "egg people" at the event, asking if they voted for him or "low IQ person" Kamala Harris. "Every time he speaks, it makes me wonder how Melania is able to not jump off that balcony in front of everyone," Kimmel said.

Another moment Kimmel highlighted was Trump speaking with children during the Easter Egg Roll, which the host assured audiences was not AI or a Trump impersonator. Trump told kids about how former President Joe Biden would use "the autopen."
"He didn't sign. He was incapable of signing his name. So they'd follow him around with this big machine. You know what it was called? An auto pen. And he'd have the auto pen sign for him," Trump rambled, before asking the kids "who likes the fake news?"
At another point during the White House event, Trump repeated threats against Iran while live jazz music played in the background. He said that the U.S. would be "obliterating that country." The Easter Bunny was out of earshot this time.

To cap off Trump's Easter weekend, he spoke at a White House press conference on Monday, touching upon topics such as Biden, Greenland, the military and Venezuela, among other topics. "I find it very comforting to know those tiny badly bruised hands are on the wheel of this country," Kimmel concluded.
