Written by Simon Rich, All Out centers on comedic readings by the short story scribe that explore ego, envy, greed, and life in New York City. The piece, which began performances on Dec 12, 2025, is a companion to Rich's All In: Comedy About Love, last season's runaway hit.

Like that production, a star-studded group of comedy legends have anchored the play, rotating in groups of four over a 12-week limited run. Previous headliners have included Jon Stewart, Eric Andre, Ike Barinholtz, Jim Gaffigan, Abbi Jacobson, Ben Schwartz, Wayne Brady, Cecily Strong, Beck Bennett and Mike Birbiglia.

The current cast — Sarah Silverman, Heidi Gardner, Jason Mantzoukas and Craig Robinson — will appear through Feb. 15.

All Out also features features original music performed by Grammy-nominated soul-pop band Lawrence, including selections from their album Family Business. Tony Award winner Alex Timbers directs.

Shane’s Broadway debut comes amid a breakout period in his career.

The 26-year-old is the host of the hit podcast Therapuss with Jake Shane, where he sits down with artists and cultural figures for candid, comedic conversations about fame, identity and modern life. It reached No. 3 on Spotify’s Top Comedy Podcasts chart following its premiere, and has featured guests such as Glen Powell, Charli xcx, Ed Sheeran, Joe Jonas, Katy Perry, Coco Jones, Lea Michele, Jay Shetty, Lorde, Benny Blanco, Selena Gomez, Kaia Gerber and more.

Beyond podcasting, Shande made his television acting debut with a recurring guest role on season four of Hacks and appears in the upcoming feature film Wishful Thinking, starring Randall Park and Kate Berlant. He is also developing and set to star in a Hulu comedy series inspired by his life.

All Out won't be the first time he's been on stage either. Shane has completed two sold-out North American comedy tours, including a 36-city run that culminated in a sold-out performance at Radio City Music Hall.

Tickets for All Out are on sale now.
