The pair smiled on the carpet together for the first time since announcing their pregnancy news.

Plaza looked stunning in a black-and-white striped gown.

Pregnant Aubrey Plaza was positively glowing at the 79th annual Tony Awards on Sunday night.

The actress and her partner, Christopher Abbott, were all smiles as they posed together publicly for the first time since their pregnancy news on the red carpet at Radio City Music Hall in New York City. Plaza, 41, held her baby bump in a black-and-white striped gown, while Abbott, 40, looked dapper in a black suit.

Plaza was at the awards ceremony to celebrate Abbott, who is nominated for Best Actor in a Featured Role in a Play for his portrayal of Biff Loman in the Broadway revival of Death of a Salesman.

The pair's relationship and baby news was first shared in April, with a source telling PEOPLE the pregnancy "was a beautiful surprise after an emotional year." A few days after the reveal, Plaza confirmed the news on the SmartLess podcast with hosts Jason Bateman, Sean Hayes, and Will Arnett.

"I've always wanted to see what that's all about, you know?" Plaza said of parenting. "It just seems so interesting, that whole thing."

Plaza and Abbott were friends before striking up a romantic relationship. They starred in a few projects together, including the 2020 psychological drama Black Bear and the two-person stage play Danny and the Deep Blue Sea in 2023.

The actor broke his silence on girlfriend Plaza's pregnancy last month while promoting Death of a Salesman alongside his costar Nathan Lane on the Today show.

"And can we say congratulations?" Today host Jenna Bush Hager asked Abbott, adding, "You're expecting a baby with one of our..."

Abbott cheekily replied, "I thought for my Tony nom? No, no, I'm kidding. I know," he added. "It's just too much. There's too much going on."

Today cohost Carson Daly chimed in, "This is the real role of life: the role of dad."

Bush Hager added, "We all love Aubrey here, and we're so happy for the both of you."

"Yes, that's very nice. Thank you very much. It's very exciting," Abbott replied.
